Main shaft encoder is widely used in industrial production and daily life, want to better make main shaft encoder work for us, suggest that operators should pay attention to the following aspects:


The main shaft encoder should be aware of electrical aspects:

Please do not use the output line of the main shaft encoder and the line of power in the same pipe, nor should it be used near the switchboard to prevent interference. Shield cable should be used when wiring.

Before installation, should check carefully, the product specification is consistent with the coder type, the connection is correct, the wrong wiring can cause internal circuit damage.

In long-distance transmission, the signal attenuation factor should be considered, and the output mode of the output impedance is low and the anti-jamming capability is strong.

The transmission distance of the pulse signal is related to the following factors: frequency, output circuit, input circuit, transmission line, transmission frequency.


The main shaft encoder should note in mechanical aspects:

The connections between main shaft encoder output shaft with users, should use elastic soft connection, avoid by all means use rigid connection, in order to avoid the user axis series, beating, causes the damage of shaft encoder and encoder.
