What are the considerations for the magnetic loop encoder?

Magnetic ring encoder installed on the reduction gear,such as winding wire rope drum shaft end or the last section reduction gear shaft end,this method has no gear charges of clearance,measurement is more direct,high precision,this method is generally measured distance positioning.The risk of this failure is highest,and frequent in repairs should be a priority.It is usually used to break the circuit,short circuit or contact with the magnetic loop encoder cable,when the cable or joint is replaced.Special attention should be paid to whether the cable is not fixed,causing the loose to cause the welding or breaking.During the operation,each pair of poles produces a positive and cosine signal of a period and converts it to an orthogonal or serial position signal through the hardware interpolator.After the spin motor shaft,chip inside hall element within the scope of the radial induced magnetic field strength to remain the same,the motor shaft radial shaking will not affect precision of hall sensor output signal.


According to the reading mode encoder can be divided into contact type and non-contact type;Magnetic ring encoder each location corresponding to a certain digital code,so it's only with the measurement value for the start and stop position,and has nothing to do with the measurement in the middle of the process.Magnets point north and south poles,chip and motor shaft end must be kept in a straight line,because any installation errors will reduce the accuracy of the encoder.But in practice,not only the motor shaft radial jitter is inevitable,chips and magnet the deviation caused by the relative displacement can also affect the actual output signal of the precision.Coaxial design requires interpolation from one cycle to the final resolution of high-magnification interpolation,once the speed over a certain range will not be able to accurately read point by point location information,leading to lower the accuracy of the actual output.For this reason,coaxial magnetic coders have long focused on relatively low-end applications.
