Main shaft encoder thread processing common fault processing

When CNC lathe thread processing,occasionally there will be some failure phenomenon,how to handle?The following are the following:

No thread processing failure and processing

System working principle:the working principle of nc lathe thread machining is the interpolation between the spindle rotation and the z-axis.When executing thread processing instructions,the system get a turn signal from the main shaft position detection device to begin after the thread processing,according to the main shaft position feedback pulse interpolation control of the Z axis,the spindle turn a week,Z axis feed a pitch or a lead.

Causes of failure:

(1)the connection between the main shaft encoder and the system is bad.

(2)the position signal of the main shaft encoder,PA,*PA,PB,*PB,or connection cable is broken.

(3)a switch signal PZ,*Z,or connection cable disconnection.

(4)failure of the system or main shaft amplifier.

Troubleshooting:

For the cause of the failure(1),the fault is detected by checking the line of cables and cables.

Cause for(2),can through the system display device is there a spindle speed for diagnosis,such as spindle speed is shown as the fault cannot be found.

Cause for(3),can be processing instruction G99(per turn feed processing)and G98(each feed processing)switch to distinguish,if G98 feed cutting and G99 feed does not perform properly,for this kind of failure.If all of these failures are excluded,the system itself fails,that is,the system storage board or the motherboard failure.

The thread processing is not stable and the process is not stable

Working principle of the system:the numerical control lathe thread processing,spindle and Z axis interpolation control when the feed,the spindle turn a week,Z axis feed a pitch or a lead.

The reasons for the failure are as follows.

(1)if the pitch error is random:possible reasons of the failure is the main shaft encoder connection bad,main shaft encoder internal too dirty,Z axis position encoder,Z axis and Z axis motor connection is loose.

(2)if there is a fixed pitch error,it may be that the main shaft encoder is not the same as that of the main shaft,or the system software is bad.

The trouble and treatment of"buckle"during processing

How the system works:the average thread processing takes several cuts to complete,and each time the cutting is repeated,the position of the blade must be the same.In order to ensure that the repeated cuts are not buckled,the numerical control system starts the calculation of the threading of the thread after receiving a signal from the main shaft encoder.

Cause of failure and processing:when the system receives a signal that is unstable,the"buckle"phenomenon occurs.Causes of failure is a bad connection of main shaft encoder,a main shaft encoder signal or signal cable,the main shaft encoder with dirt or bad encoder itself.If the above troubleshooting system is unbuttoned,the system or main shaft amplifier is required.
